Additional Background
Natalie Firmenich embarked on her career in finance with a strong foundation at Lloyds Bank Group / LBI, where she held various positions spanning London, Paris, Lisbon, Brazil, and PNG from 1981 to 1991. She then expanded her expertise at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya (BBV) Group from 1991 to 1996, working across Portugal, Spain, and Germany.
Her tenure at SG Kleinwort Hambros Group from 1997 to 2021 was marked by significant accomplishments. Natalie served as Head of Wealth Management in Guernsey from 1997 to 2000, where she successfully established and grew the wealth management business. She later assumed the roles of Executive Director & Head of Wealth Management for Jersey & Guernsey from 2000 to 2010, overseeing strategic initiatives and driving business growth. Natalie also served as Executive Director & Head of Wealth Management for Gibraltar from 2007 to 2010, leading the acquisition and integration of ABN Amro Gibraltar.
In subsequent years, Natalie's leadership expanded as she took on the role of CEO of SG Kleinwort Hambros CI Group from 2011 to 2019, where she demonstrated her ability to lead teams and drive organizational success. Her tenure culminated with her appointment as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of SG Kleinwort Hambros CI Group from 2019 to 2021, where she provided strategic guidance and oversight.
