Aura Solution Company Limited Announces Updated Official Communication Policy
Aura Solution Company Limited today announces the implementation of an updated corporate communication policy aimed at strengthening information security, enhancing governance standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding confidential business information across all operations.
Following an internal review aligned with international corporate governance practices, the Company confirms that, effective 1 August 2026, WhatsApp, social media messaging platforms, and all third-party consumer messaging applications will no longer be recognized as official communication channels of Aura Solution Company Limited.
A transition period will remain in effect until 31 July 2026, allowing all clients, partners, financial institutions, suppliers, government agencies, and stakeholders sufficient time to update their communication records.
From 1 August 2026, all official correspondence must be conducted exclusively through the Company’s designated email address:

Termination of Messaging-Based Communication Channels
Effective 1 August 2026, the following will no longer be considered official communication channels of Aura Solution Company Limited:
WhatsApp (strictly discontinued for official use)
All social media messaging platforms
Consumer instant messaging applications
Any third-party chat or messaging services not formally approved by the Company
From this date forward, no WhatsApp communication will be accepted, recognized, or treated as official corporate correspondence under any circumstances.Clients and stakeholders are strongly advised not to rely on such platforms for instructions, approvals, contractual matters, financial discussions, or confidential exchanges.

However, any communication conducted outside official channels shall not represent the Company, shall not constitute binding instructions, and shall not replace formal corporate communication.
All external stakeholders are therefore advised to rely exclusively on official channels for confirmations and business-related matters.
