FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING THE REPUBLIC OF CONGO INVESTMENT PROGRAM
Aura Solution Company Limited previously announced its intention to mobilize USD 10 Trillion in long-term investments to support the economic development of the Republic of Congo and other nations across Central Africa. This initiative was conceived to strengthen infrastructure, financial services, technology, healthcare, education, energy, and sustainable economic growth throughout the region.
Over the past six months, however, Aura Solution Company Limited has made repeated and sincere efforts to obtain an official meeting with the President of the Republic of Congo or a duly authorized government delegation. Despite numerous attempts through appropriate diplomatic and corporate channels, no such meeting has been granted, nor has any official negotiation team been appointed to engage with our organization.
Following the public announcement of our proposed investment, numerous government departments and individuals sought to establish contact with Aura's representatives in the Republic of Congo in anticipation of participating in the investment program. Unfortunately, these interactions have not resulted in any meaningful progress or coordinated governmental engagement.
For an investment program of this magnitude, confidence, transparency, institutional cooperation, and a clear commitment from the highest levels of government are essential. In the absence of these fundamental requirements, Aura Solution Company Limited considers the investment environment to present an unacceptable level of commercial and governance risk.
Accordingly, Aura Solution Company Limited hereby formally withdraws, suspend, and terminates its proposed USD 10 Trillion Investment Program in the Republic of Congo, effective immediately.
This decision has not been taken lightly. It follows months of careful evaluation, repeated attempts to establish meaningful engagement with the appropriate authorities, and an extensive assessment of the investment environment. As a global investment institution entrusted with safeguarding substantial private capital, Aura has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure that every investment is supported by transparency, institutional cooperation, legal certainty, and a stable framework for long-term economic partnership.
An investment commitment of USD 10 Trillion represents one of the largest proposed private investment initiatives in modern history. Such a commitment requires direct government engagement, clear strategic coordination, efficient institutional support, and unwavering confidence that the investment can be executed within a predictable and transparent environment. Unfortunately, these fundamental requirements have not been demonstrated despite our continued efforts over the past several months.
The Company therefore concludes that proceeding with an investment of this magnitude under the current circumstances would expose our shareholders, investors, strategic partners, and affiliated institutions to unnecessary financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks. Aura Solution Company Limited will never compromise its governance standards or fiduciary obligations by deploying capital where adequate institutional cooperation and investment security cannot be assured.
Our decision is based entirely on sound investment principles and prudent corporate governance. It should not be interpreted as a judgment against the people of the Republic of Congo, whose aspirations for economic growth and prosperity we continue to respect and support. Rather, it reflects the Company's responsibility to invest only where governments demonstrate clear commitment, transparency, accountability, and the ability to work constructively with long-term international investors.
Although the proposed investment program has been suspended, Aura Solution Company Limited remains a legally registered corporate entity in the Republic of Congo. We continue to recognize the country's significant long-term economic potential, abundant natural resources, strategic geographic position, and opportunities for future development. We sincerely hope that the investment climate will evolve in a manner that encourages greater transparency, institutional efficiency, and productive collaboration with international investors.
Aura wishes to make it clear that the door remains open for future dialogue. Should the President of the Republic of Congo personally initiate formal discussions with Aura Solution Company Limited board and demonstrate a clear commitment to establishing a transparent, professional, and mutually beneficial partnership, the Company would be prepared to evaluate future opportunities on their individual merits. Any future consideration would, however, be subject to comprehensive due diligence, internationally recognized governance standards, and appropriate legal and commercial safeguards.
Until such conditions are established, the USD 10 Trillion capital originally allocated to the Republic of Congo will be redirected toward other international investment opportunities where governments have demonstrated stronger institutional readiness, greater transparency, efficient decision-making processes, and a clear commitment to protecting long-term foreign investment. Aura remains committed to investing in jurisdictions that provide stability, predictability, respect for contractual obligations, and an environment conducive to sustainable economic development.
This decision reflects Aura Solution Company Limited's loss of confidence in the current investment environment in the Republic of Congo. Despite repeated efforts over several months to establish meaningful engagement with the Office of the President and the relevant government authorities, Aura received neither the level of institutional commitment nor the cooperation required for a proposed USD 10 Trillion investment program. The absence of timely engagement, coordinated decision-making, and effective administrative support has made it impossible for the Company to proceed responsibly.
Aura Solution Company Limited has a fiduciary duty to protect the interests of its shareholders and investors. The Company will not deploy capital of this magnitude in an environment where transparency, accountability, institutional cooperation, and investment certainty are not adequately demonstrated. Accordingly, Aura has suspended all investment activities in the Republic of Congo until such time as these conditions are satisfactorily met.
Until these conditions are established, the capital originally allocated to this program will be redirected toward jurisdictions that provide a stronger foundation for secure, responsible, and sustainable long-term investment. We thank our shareholders, investors, and strategic partners for their continued confidence and trust. Aura Solution Company Limited remains steadfast in its commitment to disciplined capital allocation, responsible corporate governance, prudent risk management, and the protection of every dollar entrusted to the Company.
