SUBJECT: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF AUTHORITY – SHARON LEE ASSANG

Aura Solution Company Limited hereby formally announces the immediate dismissal of Ms. Sharon Lee Assang, a national of Trinidad and Tobago, and the withdrawal of any authority previously granted to her to represent or conduct business on behalf of the company, effective immediately.

1. Background and Business Relationship

For several years, Ms. Sharon Lee Assang has acted as an individual financial broker while also representing Aura Solution Company Limited in connection with prospective financial transactions, Paymaster agreements, and business development activities.During this period, the company permitted Ms. Assang to continue pursuing potential business opportunities, identifying prospective clients, and developing professional relationships. Although these activities had not resulted in a successfully completed transaction through the arrangements known to the company, Aura Solution Company Limited did not object to her continued efforts.

However, information has now come to the company's attention concerning the use of a personal USDT cryptocurrency wallet in connection with clients and transactions presented as being associated with Aura Solution Company Limited. These circumstances have raised serious concerns regarding payment instructions provided to prospective clients and the signing of Paymaster agreements without the company's knowledge or acknowledgment.

Consequently, the company considers it necessary to issue this formal notice to clarify Ms. Assang's status, protect its clients and business associates, and establish the procedures that must be followed in relation to existing agreements and prospective transactions.

2. Unauthorized USDT Wallet and Paymaster Agreements

Aura Solution Company Limited has not authorized Ms. Sharon Lee Assang to independently designate or use her personal USDT cryptocurrency wallet as a corporate payment destination without the company's knowledge and written approval.The company is concerned that certain clients may have received personal wallet details or payment instructions in connection with prospective transactions while being presented with Paymaster agreements signed by Ms. Assang or otherwise represented as being associated with Aura Solution Company Limited.

The company emphasizes that the existence of a signed agreement, written communication, or payment instruction does not, by itself, establish that a particular cryptocurrency wallet has been approved as an official corporate payment destination.All clients must independently verify the authenticity of their agreements, the identity of the intended beneficiary, and the authorization of the relevant payment instructions directly with Aura Solution Company Limited before transferring any funds.

Any personal USDT wallet presented by Ms. Sharon Lee Assang must not be regarded as an approved Aura Solution Company Limited wallet unless the company independently confirms its authorization in writing.

Clients are strongly advised not to make payments based solely on verbal assurances, private messages, or unverified instructions provided by any individual claiming to represent the company. Any uncertainty regarding a payment destination or proposed transaction must be resolved through the company's authorized representatives before payment is made.

3. Immediate Dismissal and Revocation of Authority

Effective immediately, Aura Solution Company Limited hereby dismisses Ms. Sharon Lee Assang from her representative capacity and withdraws any authority she may previously have held to represent the company, subject to any applicable legal rights and obligations.

From the effective date of this notice, Ms. Assang is not authorized to act on behalf of Aura Solution Company Limited unless the company subsequently grants her explicit written authorization.

This revocation of authority includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• Signing, issuing, negotiating, or executing new Paymaster agreements on behalf of Aura Solution Company Limited.

• Negotiating or approving financial transactions, payment terms, or business commitments in the company's name.

• Soliciting, collecting, receiving, or redirecting client funds on behalf of the company without specific written authorization.

• Presenting personal USDT wallet details as an approved corporate payment destination.

• Issuing payment instructions or representing a beneficiary as officially approved by the company without verification.

• Making commitments, representations, or assurances purporting to bind Aura Solution Company Limited.

• Using the company's name or corporate identity to enter into new business arrangements without authorization.

• Claiming to remain an authorized representative of the company without new, explicit written authorization.

Aura Solution Company Limited does not authorize any person to use its name to solicit or receive funds through unverified personal cryptocurrency wallets.The company will assess any commitments, representations, or payment arrangements made outside an individual's actual authority based on the relevant documentation, circumstances, and applicable law.

4. Official Notice to All Paymaster Agreement Holders

Aura Solution Company Limited acknowledges that Ms. Sharon Lee Assang may have signed or presented multiple Paymaster agreements to clients, prospective business partners, and other parties during her involvement in business development activities.

All clients and parties who have signed a Paymaster agreement with Ms. Sharon Lee Assang are requested to contact Mr. Kaan Eroz directly for reconfirmation and verification of their respective agreements.
